Casey McNeil

Casey McNeil serves as a Financial Manager for the Moody School of Education. In this role he supports the Moody School of Education with strategic planning, financial forecasting, grant management, and financial analysis. He also oversees labor distribution management, contract setup and oversight, and the implementation of proper internal controls and financial procedures. He partners with SOE Financial Administrators, Baylor HCM (Human Capital Management) Specialists in Human Resources, URAs (University Research Administrators) in the Office of the Vice Provost for Research, and all Central Finance teams across Baylor, acting as the mid-level approver for transactions up to $25,000. He supports the Assistant Dean for Finance and Business Officer for the School of Education, department chairs, and center directors..

Prior to joining the School of Education, Mr. McNeil served as a Budget Coordinator for Baylor’s Enrollment Management division from 2016 to 2020. Before Baylor he interned at Walt Disney World for 6 months after he graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Finance in 2015. In 2020 he completed an additional Bachelor of Accounting from Washington State University. While at Baylor he has worked directly with the procurement process, assisted in strategic planning, financial statement analysis, Budget Preparation, and various other facets of the University.
