Emma Stonecipher
- Financial Administrator
Emma Stonecipher serves as the Financial Administrator in the School of Education (SOE), reporting to the Financial Manager and Business Officer. In her role, she collaborates closely with department chairs and administrative staff to assess business needs and facilitate the procurement of goods, services, and expenses on behalf of faculty, staff, and departments, while ensuring compliance with University policies, nonprofit accounting standards, and federal and state guidelines. Emma also gathers, analyzes, and interprets financial information essential for processing transactions.
She graduated from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, with a degree in business administration specializing in finance. Before joining the SOE, Emma gained valuable experience in student financial aid at her alma mater.
Originally from the Fort Worth area, Emma has been married to her husband, a Baylor graduate in church music, since May 2024. She is grateful to call Baylor and the School of Education her new home.
