Susan Copeland

Susan Copeland serves as Dean’s Administrative Director of the Moody School of Education. Ms. Copeland manages schedules, meetings, and conferences for Moody SOE Dean Shanna Hagan-Burke, along with other responsibilities for management of the Dean’s Office.

Ms. Copeland previously worked in the Hankamer School of Business, where she served as assistant to three different deans over a period of nine years. Prior to that position, she taught a variety of subjects and grades, most recently teaching seventh-grade earth sciences in a private school, where she also served as assistant to the dean.

Ms. Copeland is an alumna of the School of Education, earning a BSEd in Elementary Education. She has resided and worked in the Waco area much of her life and is grateful to be part of the Baylor family.
